The LTMS interface

Online tender management

The Litmus process will save you time and money and ensure a service provision that is being purchased on the best possible terms.

Our in depth tender management programme is supported by our electronic portal for online tender management (LTMS) which increases efficiency, reduces impact on the environment, but most importantly ensures a robust specification against which all bids are compared on a truly like-for-like basis ~ removing all assumption from the process.

This allows you to select the most suitable contractor for your needs. We are also fully compliant with OJEU procedures for public sector tenders.

LTMS ~ security, accuracy and auditability

LTMS has been developed using over 15 years experience in managing catering and facilities related market testing projects. It integrates seamlessly into the traditional bid process, dynamically calculating and comparing the bids received and producing a series of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and outputs that make an objective assessment of the bids simple.

Any tender project relies on an accurate exchange of information. Any misunderstanding of the requirement by contractors invited to bid will result in difficulties when analysing the returns ~ LTMS provides the framework to avoid this.

  • The application uses banking level 128 bit encrypted secure socket layer (SSL) technologies
  • LTMS is hosted behind a dedicated firewall providing a greater level of security
  • Each user has their own unique login password encrypted at the database level
  • A user cannot view the commercial bid of a supplier till the technical evaluation of the tender is complete and the date & time specified for the opening of the commercial bid is due
  • All activities, transactions and changes are logged and archived ensuring that a robust audit trail is always available
