Thank you for visiting our showcase web space.
This showcase has been developed specifically for prospective clients who operate in the FE sector.
"You are in a position to generate a great deal more income and significantly improve your student food services over and above that which is occurring currently."
"The food services provided to your customer base do little to enhance your reputation as a provider of training to those wishing to join the hospitality sector."
Our market experience connected to student feeding services allows us to predict, with some confidence, that either one or both of the statements might well apply to your College.
We believe that we have the solution.
The purpose of these pages is to bring to life the design rationale in relation to the recent refurbishment of the Refectory at Harrogate College. A project managed by Litmus (ASL) and delivered through our supply partners. The following testimonial was received from our client responsible for delivery of the project.
"Our old facility was failing to deliver the correct variety of food and beverages due to the inappropriateness of the resources and poor consumer environment. It operated at a loss and failed to attract a cross section of the college community to use it."
"Our new facility is vibrant, a pleasure to be in, and is very popular with all. Since it opened it has performed commercially and exceeded all of our sales targets!"
Design Rationale
The design was driven by the requirements of the College and its future Social and Business Plan. The goal was to address the negative issues surrounding the current operation and provide an arena that would complement future business plans.
The design was intended to be entirely customer driven with a view to providing a better social environment and thus drive sales.
