Catering Contractor Online Pre-qualification & Bidding
We have established an online pre-qualification system that allows contractors to complete a pre-qualification submission once every 12 months, and retain the right to update their information at any time. Should a contractor who has pre-qualified be invited to take part in a tender, only confirmation of the pre-qualification information submitted will be required.
The prequalification process comprises both mandatory and optional sections. Within the optional sections contractors have the opportunity to confirm their preferences with regard to market sectors, geographical areas, contract style and size etc.
This initiative is aimed at assisting us to provide an improved service for our clients, and to reduce the costs incurred by contractors when bidding within a tender environment. It will be our intention, unless instructed otherwise by our client, to only select contractors who have pre-qualified with the Consultancy to receive an invitation to bid.
As a natural extension to online pre-qualification, Litmus will be launching it's secure online bidding system in June 2007.
