Background
Our client is a University College with more than 4600 students who wished to undertake a review of all outsourced services.
The Challenge
Wishing to assess the scope of service and the appropriateness of how they were being delivered our client initially engaged Litmus to review cleaning, security and portering followed by catering, hospitality, reception and conferencing services.
The Solution
Litmus undertook a strategic review of services. We conducted the review using our proven framework and methodology for undertaking options appraisal and feasibility studies. Following the review, we worked with our client to tender the services and appoint new contractors.
